Rob’s deep-rooted passion for Singaporean food is a personal legacy – inspired by his late mother who grew up in Singapore during the 1960s. His culinary style has been shaped by six extensive research trips to the city, immersing himself in its diverse and multicultural street food culture.
Orchard Road dishes feature on the daytime menu at The Old Rectory Café, with Orchard Road takeovers every Friday and Saturday evening, plus Sunday lunches with a Rob Hills twist in the main hotel.
