Limitless Studios

Limitless Studios is a small, coaching-led fitness studio on London Road in St. Leonards-on-Sea. Classes are capped at nine and are fully coached and cover HIIT, strength, Lifting Club + a weekly Run Club.

For members who want something more tailored, small-group personal training runs in pods of four to six, with bespoke programming – including injury rehab for those working around or through something.

With more than 100 members, 31 weekly classes and nine SGPT sessions, it’s big enough to offer plenty of choice but small enough so that you never feel like a membership number.
