Make some time for your own needs at this women’s circle hosted by Lauren from The Kora.
Through somatic (body-based) exploration, you will explore the nervous system and your connection with your body. The workshop will help you to make space for listening to yourself and build self-trust alongside other women.
It runs from 2pm to 4 pm at The Humble Heart in St Leonards. Tickets are £40 or £30 for early-bird bookings.
