The Refugee Buddy Project’s annual Christmas market is back and you can pick up some handmade Christmas gifts straight from the people who made them.
There is face painting and a Christmas grotto for the kids. Plus, you can catch live music and singing during the day or listen to poetry and stories between browsing the stalls. Dove Café will be serving homemade soup and pastries and warming you up with a hot chocolate or a mulled wine.
Head to Hastings Museum & Art Gallery between 10 am and 3 pm.
The project is also collecting clothes for people at Crowborough Camp. They are asking for:
- Shoes and trainers in sizes 41 – 46
- Jackets and T-shirts in medium or large
- Jeans and trousers in sizes 32 – 36
- New boxers in medium or large
You can bring donations to the museum during the market.
