NEW MOON GONG BATH

Madre is marking October’s New Moon with a 75-minute gong bath centred on the intentions you want to take into the month ahead.

The sound ceremony uses binaural beats and different sound frequencies to move you through different brain states while you lie back and listen. The idea is to use that shift in focus to give your New Moon intentions a bit more space.

Mats and blankets are provided but bring anything else that will make lying down for 75 minutes more comfortable (a pillow, warm socks and extra blanket will do nicely). An eye mask, water bottle, crystals and a journal (for insights) are optional.

The class runs from 5 pm until 6:15 pm at the Humble Hub – doors open 10 minutes prior so arrive promptly as doors close promptly to keep the container peaceful. Price is £24.
