A guided session in Alexandra Park for anyone experiencing grief or loss, including bereavement or a significant life change.
You’ll take three gentle walks, with time to take in your surroundings and reflect. There’s space to share with a small group too but no pressure to talk or explain what you are going through.
This is a facilitated nature session by Jane Innis and Tracy Douthwaite, rather than counselling or group therapy and runs from 10:30 am – 12:45 pm at Alexandra Park, Hastings. Tickets from £16.96
