Lie back and listen as Odette Kurland fills The Humble Hub with the sound of gongs, singing bowls, a Native American-style flute and a medicine drum. This session offers time to switch off, led by a practitioner with more than a decade of experience.
The session runs from 4 pm – 5:15 pm at The Humble Hub in St Leonards-on-Sea. Arrive at least five minutes early to settle – there is no entry once the gong bath begins.
Tickets are £20, or £15 at the supported concession rate for those on a lower income or experiencing financial difficulty.
