Spend your Sunday evening in the silks with Jo from The Humble Warrior and Sam from Elevation Lab Aerial Arts.
You will start with aerial yoga before curling up in your own hammock for a candlelit soundbath with crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes and a gong.
This class runs from 7 pm to 8:30 pm and tickets are £30. Spaces are limited, so book your hammock ahead.
