PLAY

Play is a relaxed café in Hastings designed for babies, toddlers and the grown-ups who bring them. Little ones can play and explore in a safe, thoughtfully designed space while you settle in with locally roasted coffee and seasonal food in a warm & welcoming atmosphere.

Play sessions are £4 per child and pre-crawlers go free. If you fancy making a morning of it, you can add a food bundle (Play & Breakfast or Play & Lunch) for £15. There is no need to book either; just turn up and play.

You can also book the café for exclusive hire, making it an ideal spot for birthday parties and celebrations for children aged 0–4.

WHAT WE LOVE

Every detail has been considered, from locally roasted coffee and bespoke ceramics to wholesome, seasonal ingredients. Play has built a genuine community for local families, where little ones can explore freely and the grown-ups can enjoy a great coffee while they’re at it.

Thursday & Friday: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: Closed (reserved strictly for private hire and birthday parties)
