Well, Lior Wellness Studio (the St Leonards spot known for yoga, Pilates, massage and sauna) runs a weekly class inside the castle grounds, open to every level. It’s on every Monday at 9 am until mid-September. Just bring your own mat, water, and something to move in that suits this glorious weather we’re having.
