Active Hastings and Youth Ultimate UK have teamed up for a free Ultimate Frisbee session for teens at Alexandra Park Bandstand, led by former GB athlete Izzy Collins and her team.
It’s an inclusive and friendly session suitable for a range of abilities, built around teamwork and a bit of confidence-building (plus keeping the teenagers in your life active). If they have never played – tell them it’s a cross between netball and American football and easy to pick up and good fun once they get going.
It runs from 1 pm – 3 pm. Equipment is provided and so are snacks and drinks (just flag any dietary requirements when you book, and remind the team on the day).
The session is free, with thanks to the government and The National Lottery Community Fund.
