Young mystery fans can meet Thomas Taylor, the author behind Malamander, and hear how he dreamed up the strange seaside town of Eerie-on-Sea.
Home to monsters beneath the pier and child detectives Herbert Lemon and Violet Parma, it’s a place with loads to investigate. Thomas will share the inspiration behind the books and give a glimpse of his next adventure.
As part of Hastings Storytelling Festival, this free event takes place at Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School in Hastings at 4:30 pm.
