Sea, Salt + Stardust is a 90-minute guided sauna experience at Samphire Sauna. The session follows the rhythm of a full day by the sea and is led by Firebird Sauna Master Fay MacDonald.
The session weaves heat, steam, scent and sound and is £40. Head to Samphire Sauna on Hastings Pier at 6:40 pm.
Fay has led guided sauna experiences around the country and delivered the first Brighton Sauna Festival for the British Sauna Society earlier this year.
