Sauna + Massage @ Samphire Sauna

Samphire Sauna is teaming up with In Tune Advanced Massage & Wellbeing to provide optional chair massage add-ons to your sauna session today.

Book into the 6:40 pm communal sauna session and you will get 90 minutes of sauna overlooking the sea. While you’re there, Rachael will be offering 15-minute clothed chair massages, focused on easing tension through the back, shoulders and neck.

Massage spaces are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. Book the sauna online in advance for £24, then book your massage with Rachael (£15 for 15 mins) when you arrive.

Bring warm, comfortable clothing that covers your back. If the weather turns, massages will take place under shelter.
