Yoga, but with glow sticks and a soundtrack straight from your old school playlist.
Jo Allen is turning a two-hour yoga session at Humble Hub into something much more rave-like, with music from DJ The Glo taking you from the 80s through to the noughties.
You will flow to the throwbacks first, stop for a drink, then finish with a full-on dance.
The session runs from 2 pm – 4 pm a the Humble Hub, St Leonards and is £15.
