LGBTQ+ Paddleboarding

Duke’s Coastline Club and yes queer have joined forces with local watersports crew Epic Life to put on an LGBTQ+ paddleboarding session for all levels.

They promise a relaxed and judgement-free space to give it a go and have a laugh while you’re at it.

From 3 pm, you will get an hour and a half of guided paddleboarding with all the kit thrown in, and there’s a café on-site to gather round afterwards for a chat (lunch isn’t included). They can even sort you a lift to and from St Leonards if that helps. Just bring your swimmers, some water and snacks – and don’t forget to wear your sunscreen.

This first session is on the River Rother, with open water sessions in Hastings hopefully to come soon. Sessions are usually £35, but Duke’s is chipping in to bring it down to £25 to keep it accessible – love that.
