Hidden Beach: Grow Project

Part of the Hidden Beach Summer of Culture, these art and nature sessions bring a hands-on way to connect with both art and the natural world in the green surroundings of Alexandra Park.

Held on Monday mornings, the sessions centre on planning and planting around the green space, with structured creative and educational activities woven in. You can get stuck into gardening and environmental projects, or try a range of art-based tasks inspired by nature. Most activities are free or low cost, so it’s easy for anyone to take part.

It’s a welcoming, drop-in environment where you can pick up new skills, enjoy time outdoors and help look after a shared green space. No experience needed – costs £6.13.
