Take 90 minutes for yourself at The Humble Hub with Jo’s Full Moon Soundbath.
Inspired by the full moon in Taurus, Jo creates layers of sound using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes, tuning forks and drum. Get cozy and just switch off as the sound washes over you.
The session is £15 (£10 concessions) and runs from 7pm to 8:30 pm at The Humble Hub in St Leonards.
