FIGHTS CAMERA ACTION!

Take the young action fans in your life to learn how to stage a convincing fight, then star in their own film at The Stables Theatre.

Led by Charlie Abrahams and Kirstie Wilde, this full-day workshop teaches the professional techniques used to make stage combat look believable while keeping everyone safe. Participants will then work in small groups to choreograph an action sequence before performing it for the camera.

The punches are carefully staged but the finished scene gets the full action-film treatment. And once it has been edited, every participant receives a link to their film to keep and share.

The workshop runs from 10 am to 3pm for ages 8 – 12. Places are limited to 20 each day, giving everyone time in front of the camera.

Tickets cost £35 per child but additional siblings pay £30 when booked through the box office on 01424 423221. Send them with a packed lunch and plenty of water.
