Join Wildflower Honey for this hands-on  workshop taking you through the whole sourdough process.
You will learn how different flours behave and how to look after your starter at home – plus you will bake a loaf during the session. There’s also a light lunch featuring plenty of sourdough, including a tasting made with their own honey.
You will leave with your own starter, ready to use at home the next day. Just bring a mixing bowl, a clean jar and a tea towel.
