David Bowie: Music Lover Exhibition Launch & Book Signing

Bowie fans, get this in your diary. Geoff MacCormack is at Lucy Bell Gallery for an exhibition launch and signing of his new book, David Bowie: Music Lover.

As Bowie’s lifelong friend and musical collaborator, MacCormack has loads to share. Co-written with music journalist Jérôme Soligny, the book explores more than 100 artists who influenced Bowie, from his early love of Little Richard to the Kendrick Lamar records he listened to while making Blackstar. It’s an insider’s guide to what made it onto his turntable and a ready-made playlist for Bowie fans.

You will also get to see MacCormack’s previously unpublished photographs from the 1975 Station to Station recording sessions. He will be there to sign copies, so you can meet the photographer as well as see his work.

The exhibition officially runs from 17 October to 21 November 2026
