Norwegian sailor Veronica Skotnes is at The Waves bookshop to talk about her memoir North of the Winter Sun with Annie McDermott.
Skotnes left the mainland to live alone on a sailboat. The book follows her voyage north towards Finnmark and tells the stories of the people she meets on the islands along the way.
The talk runs from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at 10 Claremont in Hastings. It’s free to attend but do register your place.
