Beyond Division is a free workshop on handling conflict better, led by mediator and facilitator Katie Goldfinch.
Through a series of interactive exercises, you will look at how to listen more closely and understand what’s really driving a disagreement. You will also work on identifying interests and finding ways to keep dialogue moving when things get difficult.
The session uses neutral topics, so the focus stays on the skills rather than anyone’s personal conflict.
