AUTUMN EQUINOX CACAO & SOUND CEREMONY

Mark the autumn equinox with an evening of ceremonial cacao followed by an immersive sound journey, at The Humble Hub.

Ceremonial cacao is made from pure, minimally processed cacao and has traditionally been used in ceremony as a heart-opening plant medicine. It’s drunk slowly and intentionally before the sound journey begins.

Then it’s shoes off and get comfortable while crystal singing bowls and gongs (plus a drum, chimes and other instruments), fill the room with sound and vibration.

The whole session is designed to quieten the mental chatter and give your body and mind some well-deserved rest.

You don’t need any previous experience or preparation. The session runs from 7 pm – 8:30 pm. Tickets are £56.75 and it’s limited to 8 spaces.
