Head down to Hastings Museum at 11 AM today for a dance performance for babies under one, with live cello.
It’s a soothing hour for both you and your baby, celebrating the relationship that forms in that first year – and Katie Dale-Everett Dance made it with new parents and their babies, so it touches gently on pre and postpartum experiences too.
There’s an optional movement session beforehand too. It’s a chance to arrive properly and connect with your baby, doing the sort of movements you’d usually be doing alone at home, except with other people in the same boat as you.
It’s a free event and there are baby changing, accessible toilets, step-free access and somewhere to leave your  buggy.
