The Electric Palace is showing 50 Years of Punk at 7:30 pm. Director Mark Sloper will be there for a Q&A and Hastings Punk Choir are teaming up with the cinema for the night as they celebrate their fifth birthday.
The documentary goes back to London’s King’s Road to see how punk took off and what came after. The people who lived it tell the story through interviews and footage. You will see Vivienne Westwood and Glen Matlock as well as Viv Albertine and Jan Wobble.
Adult tickets are £12 and concessions are £10, while 21 & Under members pay £6.
