Chef Ruzan Badalyan is teaching you how to make an Armenian favourite over a couple of glasses of wine.
Ruzan will welcome you with wine and appetisers before she shows you how to make the aromatic filling and wrap it into grape leaves.
Your dolma will need time to simmer. Which, conveniently, leaves you free for a second glass of paired wine and a natter before everyone sits down to eat.
There are just 8 places and it’s £45 per person. All ingredients and wine are included. You will leave fed and will take home recipe cards and a little gift too.
