Rachel Bednarski returns to The Humble Heart this Samhain for three hours of breathwork and somatic exploration. It’s the perfect opportunity to turn your attention to your body as we head into the darker half of the year.
Rachel will guide you through practices that explore the connection between your breath and nervous system. You will also work with fascia, the connective tissue in your body.
The workshop runs from 5 pm to 8 pm and it’s £42.
