INTRO TO AERIAL HOOP @ Humble Hub

If you have been dying to try aerial hoop, Active Cherry’s beginner class is a good place to start – as you won’t be expected to fling yourself six feet in the air on day one.

The hoop starts closer to the ground while you learn how to get in and out safely, try some basic shapes and begin linking moves together. You don’t need loads of strength or flexibility either; both build as you go.

Cherry has more than 15 years of aerial teaching experience, so you can learn at your own pace and get used to the apparatus without pressure. Just wear something comfortable that covers the backs of your knees and midriff, and bring water.

The class runs  from 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm (make sure you arrive for the warm-up) and is £15 drop -in. Class packages are also available with no contract or sign-up fees. 18+
