Family Constellations comes to St Leonards for this one-day workshop, exploring the patterns that can show up through family and relationships.
The practice is experiential, helping bring dynamics into awareness that may be difficult to spot from the inside. You might recognise a pattern you keep repeating, or find yourself struggling with boundaries.
You don’t need any previous experience of Family Constellations and you don’t need to arrive with a clearly defined issue either.
It runs 10 am – 5 pm and numbers are limited to 12 participants, with the day taking place at Bank Art Studio on London Road.
