Hastings Jazz Festival returns, with more than 100 musicians playing across four selected venues around Hastings’ America Ground.
The day starts with Liane Carroll’s Jazz Brunch, before the festival spreads out across its venues.

The festival starts here, with Hastings favourite Liane Carroll providing the soundtrack to breakfast.

Jim Mullen Organ Trio @ 8:15 pm
One of Britain’s best-known jazz guitarists closes out Barnaby’s programme with his organ trio.

A whole ensemble devoted to the trombone.
Samaki + Barnaby’s Big Band @ 4:50 pm
Samaki joins forces with Barnaby’s Big Band for one of the festival’s larger-scale performances.
Soweto Kinch Trio @ 7:30 pm
Award-winning saxophonist Soweto Kinch brings together jazz and hip-hop for the evening slot.
THE PRINTWORKS
Fliss Gorst Band + Grounded Movement @ 4 pm
Live jazz meets movement for an afternoon performance at The Printworks.
Soft Machine @ 6:15 pm
The legendary British band brings more than five decades of jazz-rock history to Hastings.
Bukky Leo & Black Egypt @ 9:15 pm
Afrobeat takes over The Printworks for the festival’s late slot.
The festival runs 10:15 am – 9:15 pm. Individual tickets are available for selected shows, or you can pick up a flexi pass and move between stages. Passes are probably the easiest way to do Hastings Jazz Festival – The Flexi Pass is £45 if you want to move between venues, while the £99 Patron Pass is for anyone who wants to support the festival and get more from the day.
