GRAFFITI ART SPRAY PAINT WORKSHOP

If your kid has been itching to get their hands on a spray can, W.Ave Arts is giving the a safe place to practise.

This 45-minute workshop at The Compound is for ages 10 – 15, with young artists learning the basics of spray painting before creating their own board to take home.

They will also get an introduction to graffiti culture, including the difference between legal and illegal work, with graffiti pens on hand for adding the finishing touches.

Masks, gloves and aprons are provided, although old clothes are still a very good idea. Parents are welcome to stay and supervise.

The session runs from 12 pm and although the class would normally cost £30 per child, W.Ave Arts invite families to pay whatever they can afford.
