Evening Knitting School

Come and stitch up some cosy joy with renowned knit and crochet designer Katie Jones, a regular tutor at Bus Stop Studios. This 6-week course is perfect for absolute beginners and confident improvers alike.

Beginners will cover the essentials, from casting on and off to knit and purl stitches, reading a basic pattern, and fixing those inevitable mistakes. Improvers can go further, exploring textured stitches, colour play and customising shapes. Just let them know your skill level when booking so the sessions can be tailored to suit.

Basic yarn and materials are provided, and there is a lovely range of yarn and haberdashery in the Bus Stop Studios shop too if you catch the bug. It’s a small-group class with limited places, so it’s worth booking early.

The 6-week course runs Mondays, 6.30 pm – 8.30 pm, from 13th July to 17th August, and costs £135 with materials included.
